Make sure:
    * You have enabled VPN under the global settings.
    * You have entered your local, real world IP under the global settings (this must match the remote settings).
    * If you are using a certificate, try using a Preshared Key (PSK) until you get it working.
    * Check the logs (Logs – System Logs – IPSec) and see what is says.
