Copying Files to IPCOP

Assuming you are running Windows, the following step describe how to copy/modify files on IPCOP

Connecting to IPCOP

  1. Download and install WinSCP
  2. Make sure you have enabled SSH access to IPCOP via the web interface (System – SSH Access)
  3. Connect to IPCOP from WinSCP (use port 222 NOT 22)
    • Username = root
    • Password = root password
  4. Close WinSCP when you are done

Copy a File

Use WinSCP just like any other FTP client

Edit a File

  1. Navigate to the file you want to edit
  2. Right click on config and select Edit
  3. Edit and add all rules required
  4. SAVE the file before closing
