My port forwarding rules don't work

You MUST test port forwarding from outside of your network. Attempting to test from Green will not work. If the port forwarding still does not work:

  • Disable the port forwarding rule
  • Attempt to connect
  • Check the firewall logs
    • If there are no entries for your port, your ISP may be blocking that port
    • If there are entires for your port, check to make sure your server is correctly configured
